C CLEATS  The Carbon Fibre Cleat

The lightweight ultra rigid carbon fibre composite cams of the C-Cleat are corrosion free, suffer virtually no tooth wear and are non-rope abrasive. The base is produced from long fibre reinforced polymer, a result of advanced composite technology providing metal replacement performance.

  • Carbon Cams
The lightweight ultra rigid carbon fibre composite cams of the C-cleat are corrosion free, suffer virtually no tooth wear and are non-rope abrasive. Ronstan T-cleats have tough glass fibre re-inforced cams providing outstanding value for most cleating applications.
  • Advanced Composite Base
Produced from long fibre reinforced polymer, a result of advanced composite technology providing metal replacement performance.
  • Slotted Bearings
Self lubricating, self-cleaning slotted bearings can provide lower frictional resistance and quicker response times than ball bearings which may deform under high load, as well as superior resistance to sand and salt.
  • Multi-Coil Spring
The multi-coil spring recessed in the upper part of the cam generates near constant torque. This constant torque ensures secure cleating of even the smallest lines with minimal abrasion or rope wear and low line entry and exit efforts.
C-Cleat Slotted Bearings
C-Cleat - Computer optimised Cam profile results in superior gripping ability over a wide range of rope sizes.

Ronstan V-Cleats T Cleats

Simple but Effective

Ronstan V-Cleats T are simple yet effective rope cleating devices. Manufactured from PTFE impregnated, glass and carbon fibre reinforced composite material they are lightweight, corrosion proof and provide superior wear resistance to traditional plastic cleats. Computer generated tooth geometry provides a positive, self-cleating action on the line. For applications where constant line draw-through or very high loads are the added durability of alloy Clamcleats®, or the opening action of Ronstan cam cleats are recommended.

Clamcleats® Cleats

A comprehensive Range of Cleats and Accessories

A comprehensive range of cleats and accessories offering simple, practical solutions for virtually any rope holding application. A deceptively simple ridged 'V' groove holds ropes firmly, yet is devoid of any moving parts to break or seize. It allows the immediate release of rope by a short upward and backward pull.

  • Marine Grade Nylon Cleats
Offer very good value for money for most rope cleating applications. They are corrosion proof and will last for many years outdoors. Where high loads or surges are encountered aluminium cleats are recommended.
  • Aluminium Cleats
Are highly successful in providing a complete answer to 'rope burn'. They are unaffected by the heat generated by a rope surging back through the cleat as well as being suitable for sub-zero temperatures. Corrosion resistance is good.
  • Hard Anodised Aluminium Cleats
Are the ultimate choice for extra protection from corrosion and wear caused by aggressive modern fibres..
