Ronstan(USA) Ltd – Web Store Use, Terms & Conditions

Orders

The ‘stock’ status shown for products in our web store is correct to the best of our knowledge at any given time. Only items that are in stock (indicated IN STOCK) can be added to your shopping cart/order.

Items that are not in stock (indicated OUT OF STOCK) cannot be added to your shopping cart/order.

The Ronstan (USA) web store can not accept/process back orders.

You can set up an account with the Ronstan (USA) web store to save time on checkout process for subsequent orders. Your account will remember your shipping address details and other useful information. You can edit your account details when required.

 

Payment

The Ronstan (USA) web store processes all payments using through PayPal.  This completely secure payment method allows you to use your credit card or your PayPal account.  Whichever method you chose, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment, and then back to the Ronstan website when you are complete.

PayPal securely processes payments for you.
Using a PayPal account lets you use your credit card or bank account online without exposing your card number (to merchants).
Using a PayPal account facilitates speed through checkout. There is no need to enter your card/account number or address.
If you don’t already have a PayPal account you can sign up for a PayPal account at the Payment stage during checkout.

 

Shipping

We only accept orders to a US shipping/delivery address (including PR and the USVI).

We do not accept international orders including orders to Canada.

Ronstan will ship your order from Portsmouth RI via UPS (United Parcel Service). We ship to addresses throughout the United States. Your ship to address must include a complete street address. UPS cannot deliver to a Post Office Box. Most in stock orders received before 12:00PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the following Monday. Please be aware the UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. At checkout, you can upgrade service from UPS Ground (which is the default choice) to 2nd day air.

State Sales Tax

Ronstan has sales offices in California, Florida and Rhode Island. We are required to charge sales tax for any items shipped to locations within these states.

 

Damaged Product

If part or all of your shipment was damaged in transit, please call us immediately at 401-293-0539.  Do not discard the package or packaging materials.

  • Return notes: before using your product, be sure you have the right fit. Lay out and inspect your gear in an organized fashion before starting any installation process.
  • You (the customer) are responsible for returning the goods in a re-saleable condition (including original packaging).
  • You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Include a copy of your web store invoice and packing slip with the returned package for prompt credit.
  • Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund.
  • Clearance/Sale items are non-returnable.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of original invoice date.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing of all returns.
